These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrepTen at prepten.answerbox.in (the "Service"), operated by Venkata Krishna. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PrepTen provides AI-generated mock interview practice. You select a subject, role, or interview type, and our AI conducts a practice interview and produces a feedback report. The Service is intended for educational and self-improvement purposes only.
2. Not professional or career advice
PrepTen is a practice tool. It does not guarantee employment, interview success, exam results, or any specific outcome. AI-generated questions and feedback may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or career advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Service lawfully.
4. Pricing and payments
- A free trial (one question, Easy difficulty) is available on each device without payment.
- Paid interviews are priced in Indian Rupees (₹). The price, including any payment-platform fee, is shown clearly before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
- Access to a paid interview is granted immediately after successful payment.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Submit abusive, hateful, or offensive content (the Service may warn or end a session for this).
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its providers.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The PrepTen name, design, and original content are the property of their owner. AI-generated interview content is provided to you for personal practice use. You retain ownership of the answers you write.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Google (Gemini AI) and Razorpay (payments). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepTen and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
